How the fee is charged
In Clothing and Accessories, the price decides the rate and that rate applies to the whole price: 5% at $15 or less, 10% to $20, 17% above. Pricing at or just under a threshold keeps the lower rate on everything. Amazon charges at least $0.30 per item.
